Jagmohan Garg said the progressing New Delhi World Book Fair 2017, is setting another record this year, as the book significant others are turning up in swarms for the reasonable.


“There is a 25 for each penny climb in the footfall this year. Normally, consistently the footfall is low on the initial few days, particularly on weekdays.
